4 Week Wellness Starter Program

Specially designed for individuals experincing weight gain, wanting to reduce fat around your back and mid-section, due to peri-menopause, stress, poor diet, and moderate movement. This program comes with (7) structured workouts designed to hit targeted areas.

12 Week Custom Design Core Program 

This is a hybrid comprehensive program where we work together to help you reach your physique goals in the fastest possible time frame! 

This membership comprises live and/or recorded zoom sessions, a fully personalized program centered around your body type, lifestyle, resources and preferences.

Improve flexibility, strength, balance and endurance - all from a Chair! This 30 min low-impact, full-body Chair Workout is designed specifically for individuals over 50 to help enhance mobility, strength, and stability in a safe and supportive way. Using a sturdy chair for support, participants will engage in a series of gentle yet effective movements that target all major muscle groups.
