Improve flexibility, strength, balance and endurance - all from a Chair! This 30 min low-impact, full-body Chair Workout is designed specifically for individuals over 50 to help enhance mobility, strength, and stability in a safe and supportive way. Using a sturdy chair for support, participants will engage in a series of gentle yet effective movements that target all major muscle groups.
(3) 30 minmute group workouts per week
Dynamic seated stretches to improve joint flexibility.
Upper and lower body resistance exercises using light weights or resistance bands
Core activation moves to enhance posture and spinal support
Standing balance drills using the chair for stability
Low -impact cardio bursts (marching in place, arms pumps) to build endurance
