This 30 min low-impact, full-body Chair Workout is designed specifically for individuals over 50 to help enhance mobility, strength, and stability in a safe and supportive way. Using a sturdy chair for support, participants will engage in a series of gentle yet effective movements that target all major muscle groups.

Plan Includes

  • (2) 30 minmute group workouts per week

  • Dynamic seated stretches to improve joint flexibility.

  • Upper and lower body resistance exercises using light weights or resistance bands

  • Core activation moves to enhance posture and spinal support

  • Standing balance drills using the chair for stability

  • Low -impact cardio bursts (marching in place, arms pumps) to build endurance
